I am on SPS09 now. I did as you said above, and changed the locale of my user to Russian, then logged off and back on, but I am still facing difficulties.
I have a .csv with Russian text (Отделение полиции). It imports into HANA fine, but when I do the data preview all the text is displayed as ??????
Can you please advise what I am doing wrong here?

Seems the error is due to the exchange rate difference. I would suggest to create a subsequent debit for the return PO in MIRO. You may maintain the item as "invoice item" as shown below:

Issue appears to be due to the users are not allowed to install ActiveX PrintControl so need to find work around if possible.
Update, above is not true, error indicates this is a header issue in our viewer. Info from the following MS KBA's on this subject:

1) for exmaple if maintain a variable zdoc_type in the TVARVC table, then I need to put this statement in the IP code.
SELECT SINGLE * FROM tvarvc INTO wa_tvarvc WHERE name = ' zdoc_type'.
for example if in future if we maintain doc_type value's as SB, BP, CC in the TVARVC table. Will the infopackage extract all the data in regards to the doc_type values. My requirement is we need to extract only 1 document type from the TVARVC table currently, but in future we might need to extract or maintain more values from the TVARVC table like AB., CD, DE etc for DOC_TYPE...then can we maintain all these values with the same variable ZDOC_TYPE in the tvarvc table ? Please modify the above select statement to extract whatever values given in the TVARVC table in future. Please update if I am not clear.
2) should I used the tech name of the IOBJ here in the below statement.
READ TABLE L_T_RANGE WITH KEY
FIELDNAME = '0DOC_TYPE' or it should be zdoc_type.( IOBJ name is 0DOC_TYPE).
3) Do I need to declarate zdoc_type in the data declaration.
4) if for example if I want to check another field in the same infopackage, then do I need a separate abap code by adding '6' in that field or I can add the code for that field as well in your given code after the modify statement..

and used the Crystal data consumer Connection
is there any way that user can see the last instance of the Crystal dash Board
Why Because it take around 30 minutes to run the stored procedure and Open the Report
i had already tried the option Navigate to Crystal reports in BI launch pad the right Click and See the View last instance of the report
how can we See the Dash Board With last instance in Bi Work Space

I've not done it with Tomcat directly, my understanding of Shibboleth is it requires something like Apache (with the Shibboleth module installed) to perform the authentication and forward on to Tomcat via Reverse Proxy. If that's what you're interested in, I can probably clean up a doc and post it here.
The technical user which represents the ABAP system (in your case: "SL-USER") needs to reside in every user domain (in your case: "ABC.COM" and "XYZ.COM") and a service principal name (SPN) should be assigned to it (with SPN = "HTTP/<hostname of the WebDispatcher residing in front of the Fiori Frontend server, as used in the URL>").
Reason: the browser will submit a query for the SPN (derived from the URL, see above) to the current Windows Domain controler (of the user being logged on to the browser).
Please ensure also that the hostname (of the WebDispatcher, used in the URL) belongs to the "local Intranet" (Internet Explorer settings, also valid for Chrome) respectively was added to "network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris" (Firefox). Otherwise no SPNego tokens will be requested.
